We complete full turnovers of each apartment home after a resident moves out. This includes but is not limited to: professional cleaning, professional painting and professional maintenance repairs and replacements if needed.
No, there is a section on the service request form that you can fill out indicating it is ok for our team to enter your home when you are not present.
Yes! We have a dedicated maintenance team.

If it is during business hours, please call our office and be prepared to present photo identification so we may allow you access. If this occurs after business hours, please contact a local locksmith.
Amenities
Yes. There is plenty of on-site parking.
We boast a sparkling pool, a 24/7 fitness center, a study room, a large bark park and an on-site laundry center.
The pool is open Tuesday through Sunday from 9am to 8pm during the warm months.
We offer dishwashers, stoves/ovens, refrigerators and washers and dryers in the majority of our floorplans.
We do not but we are happy to connect you with a furniture rental company.

Our application process takes between 24 and 72 hours to complete.
You may pay your rent in office using a check (before the 6th of the month), a cashiers check or money order. You may also pay your rent online using our convenient resident portal.
Yes, we require at least $100,000 in personal liability coverage and that our community is listed as the Additional Interest on the policy.
We are wired for Spectrum but hope to be working to add Google Fiber in the near future.
We offer two options for early termination. Both of these are outlined in your lease document.
Please refer to your Welcome Letter. You will need to contact Duke Energy to set up power and your water account will be set up through our community.
No utilities are included.

Directions
We are located on the corner of Farrington Road and Southwest Durham Drive. From the North you would take 85S to 15-501 and continue past the Kia dealership and turn left at Southwest Durham Drive. We are located at the first major intersection on your left. From 40, you would turn right off Hwy 54 onto Farrington Road and continue until you reached the intersection of Southwest Durham Drive, our community will be on your left after passing through the intersection.
